How to count data

💡 TableDI provides convenient data counting features that allow for quick data aggregation and counting.

📖 This document demonstrates the data summing and Countif functionality, which will help you efficiently handle your data.

Based on the sample data: Book A, we are going to count the "Num" for each item in the "name" column of the Book A table.

1. Select the Book A table and click on the "SUM" function to open the data aggregation processing panel.

2. Choose the data to be aggregated, which is "Name", select the data to be counted, which is "Num", choose the processing method as "count", and click on OK.

3. Once completed, you will quickly obtain a new table for Book A with "Name" aggregated and "Num" counted!
